Salary: $100k - $120k

How You'll Make an Impact:

We are seeking our first dedicated Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the marketing operations function at Enformion. You'll sit in Marketing, partner closely with RevOps, and have a mandate to push the boundaries of AI in how we run campaigns, personalize outreach, and measure performance. Day-to-day focus: HubSpot, CRM data quality, marketing reporting, and sales/marketing operational support.

Location: Remote-first, U.S.-based. We value in-person connection alongside flexible, distributed work.

Reports to: VP Marketing

Team: Marketing, partnering closely with Revenue Operations and Sales

Key Responsibilities

AI-First Transformation

Identify and implement AI tools, agents, and workflows that:

  • Enable deep personalization in the way we present ourselves to our prospects, partners, and clients across all business units
  • Remove manual workflows to enable the entire marketing team to spend less time on tasks and more time on strategy and execution

Core marketing systems & technology

  • Own HubSpot end-to-end: configuration, workflows, automation, and governance. Partner with RevOps on integrations with enrichment, martech, and sales engagement tools
  • Lead a full audit and rebuild of our HubSpot instance — naming conventions, properties, workflows, documentation, and a sustainable operating model
  • Evaluate, implement, and own the broader marketing tech stack

Campaign operations & execution

  • Standardize campaign frameworks for consistent, scalable execution
  • Own tracking and attribution — UTMs, campaign mapping, CRM structure — and the dashboards that turn it into insight
  • Build, QA, and launch routine campaign workflows (or the automations that do it for you)

Segmentation & Personalization Infrastructure

  • Build dynamic audience segmentation for persona-based messaging across email, web, and nurture
  • Own the field/data architecture behind it: enrichment, dedupe, validation, governance
  • Support ABM with account-based targeting

Lead Lifecycle & Funnel Management

  • Own the end-to-end lead framework: definitions, scoring, routing, and monitoring
  • Optimize funnel performance — conversion rates, time to engage, handoff effectiveness — and surface where to double down or fix drop-off

Overall Reporting, Analytics & Success Criteria

  • Design how marketing performance is measured and build the reports and dashboards behind it — lead sourcing, campaign performance, channel ROI, pipeline and revenue attribution
  • Turn channel-level ROI trends into budget and resource recommendations
  • Deliver recommendations, not just data — flag risks before they hit pipeline

What Success Looks Like in Year One

HubSpot rebuilt to best-practice architecture and documented

Standardized campaign frameworks, SOPs, and attribution tracking adopted across Marketing

A lead lifecycle and scoring model that Sales trusts

A reporting layer that leadership uses to make budget and channel decisions

At least 2–3 AI-powered workflows shipped that materially reduce manual work

Experience & Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years in marketing operations, with significant time spent in B2B SaaS environments
  • You've built or rebuilt a marketing ops function before, or you have deep exposure to how a best-in-class marketing organization functions. You know what the end state should look like and how to get there pragmatically
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and funnel analytics
  • Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work without sponsorship

Technical Skills:

  • Deep HubSpot expertise. You will be responsible for day-to-day Marketing platform administration; collaborate closely with RevOps on all things Hubspot
  • Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools in a marketing/ops context. We are looking for someone who is already experimenting with AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and intelligent automation
  • Technical fluency. You're comfortable with integrations, data modeling, APIs, and workflow automation
  • Strong understanding of CRM reporting and data architecture
  • Proficiency with enrichment and data tools

Strategic Capabilities:

  • Ability to translate business strategy into operational infrastructure
  • Strong process design and documentation skills
  • Comfortable educating stakeholders on best practices
  • Systems thinker who can scale processes
  • Self-starter with a high level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly present data, insights, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Compensation

Base salary range: $100,000– $120,000, plus bonus. Final offer depends on experience and location. [Required disclosure for CA, CO, NY, WA, IL, and other states with pay transparency laws.]

Why You'll Love Working Here

We invest in our people. Here's what you can expect:

  • Flexible remote work
  • Generous PTO and holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Parental leave
  • Life and short/long-term disability insurance
