Job description

Who you are:

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Lead Global Partner Program- Channel Operations who will lead translating the Global Partner Program strategy, into operational programs that achieve measurable partner and business outcomes If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader - we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

As a Lead Global Partner Program- Channel Operations your key area of responsibility will be to translate the Global Partner Program strategy, into operational programs that achieve measurable partner and business outcomes. This Lead Global Program Manager is a hands-on executor who will build, run, and continuously enhance the partner program's operational backbone. The role involves close coordination with Program Leads in GTM, Referral, Partner Onboarding, and Partner Enablement to ensure execution is consistent, scalable, and aligned with leadership's direction. The ideal candidate is a structured builder and operator who excels at execution, possesses strong commercial and partner program management discipline, and can drive results across a cross-functional partner ecosystem. The role is operational in nature, focused on program execution and delivery rather than partner strategy or partner relationship management.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Design and operationalize partner program frameworks, governance standards, and partner lifecycle processes that scale across a global, multi-motion partner ecosystem

  • Translate program strategy into structured execution plans, operational calendars, and delivery frameworks across multiple partner program pillars

  • Own the day-to-day operational health of the partner program - program compliance, partner communications, process documentation, and governance execution

  • Maintain and evolve partner-facing program guidelines, tier criteria, and operational standards as living assets that reflect current program state

  • Directly produce program outputs - playbooks, frameworks, governance documents, and process standards - as a hands-on executor who builds, not just plans

  • Define and maintain the partner health reporting framework, tracking ecosystem KPIs including partner activation, tier distribution, performance trends, and program compliance across the partner base

  • Build reporting models that surface actionable insights for leadership - translating partner program data into clear analysis of what is driving ecosystem performance

  • Proactively identify operational gaps and program inefficiencies, and bring forward structured recommendations and solutions

  • Serve as the operational backbone across multiple partner program workstreams, ensuring consistent execution standards, connected processes, and shared operational context across program leads

  • Identify and resolve dependencies, sequencing conflicts, and execution gaps across program pillars before they impact delivery

  • Maintain the master program roadmap and operational calendar, coordinating delivery milestones across all workstreams

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure partner program execution is aligned with commercial objectives and go-to-market priorities

  • Collaborate with systems and technology teams to ensure partner-facing platforms and tools accurately reflect program requirements and support partner and internal user needs

  • Serve as the operational subject matter expert on partner program structure, governance, and requirements for internal teams and leadership

  • Drive ongoing communication to revenue-facing teams on partner program positioning, offerings, and joint value propositions

What you'll bring to the role:
  • 10-12+ years of experienceย

  • Experience with hyperscale partner programs (AWS Partner Network, Microsoft GPS, Google Cloud Partner Program, Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem) strongly preferred

  • Direct experience working within a partner program, alliance program, or channel program at a technology company - not general program management

  • Experience building and maintaining partner program operational frameworks, governance processes, or partner lifecycle workflows

  • Familiarity with how indirect channel programs are structured: tier systems, scoring models, MDF, deal registration, partner performance metrics

  • Demonstrated track record of executing and delivering impactful programs and tiered partner models - a doer who produces results, not just plans

  • Strong operational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and maintain quality across all of them

  • Experienced working within strategy set by leadership and translating direction into structured, executable programs

  • Embraces AI and builds workflows, reporting frameworks, and operational models that scale outcomes

  • Commercial acumen with experience contributing to partner revenue and growth targets through operational program levers

  • Technical fluency of AI platforms and demonstrated practical usage

  • Excellent written and verbal communication - able to produce clean process documentation, program collateral, and crisp executive-ready updates

  • Collaborative and effective working alongside peer Program Leads without direct authority

  • Telematics experience a bonus

This role is not a fit for candidates with a background primarily in technical program management, software delivery, IT project management, or engineering program management. We are specifically seeking professionals who have worked within partner programs, alliance organizations, or indirect channel program operations - not technology delivery programs.
