X-PHY

Arlington, WA • Remote

Full-time

Posted 15 days ago

Job description

We are looking for builders, not followers.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoy creating opportunities, opening new markets, building strategic partnerships, and driving business growth. We are seeking self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are motivated by ownership, impact, and results.

X-PHY is a cybersecurity technology company developing innovative hardware-based cybersecurity solutions that proactively protect businesses from evolving cyber threats. As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a Senior Channel Development Manager to drive strategic growth within our partner ecosystem and accelerate market adoption.

This role is not suited for individuals seeking a highly structured corporate environment with established territories and extensive support resources. We are looking for commercially driven professionals who are comfortable building from the ground up, creating opportunities where none exist, and taking ownership of business outcomes.

We believe builders should be rewarded like owners. In addition to competitive compensation and incentives, successful candidates will be eligible for our performance-based RSU program, aligning personal success with the long-term growth and value of the company.

If you are excited by the challenge of building something meaningful, creating market impact, and growing alongside a company with ambitious global aspirations, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Develop, implement, and optimize channel sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify, recruit, and activate high-value channel partners, ensuring alignment with X-PHY’s strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, driving collaboration, joint initiatives, and long-term success.
  • Enable and empower channel partners through targeted training programs, sales tools, and continuous support to maximize their effectiveness in selling X-PHY solutions.
  • Design and execute marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns to enhance partner engagement and performance.
  • Analyze channel sales performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies, forecast revenue trends, and improve partner contribution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and technical support to ensure partners receive the necessary resources and competitive advantages.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen X-PHY’s market presence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them understand market positioning, competitive differentiation, and value propositions of X-PHY products.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and strategic proposals to C-level executives, ensuring clear communication of value propositions and partnership benefits.
  • Engage with executive leadership both internally and externally to align channel strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Develop and implement executive-level reporting frameworks, providing visibility into channel performance, revenue impact, and future growth opportunities.
  • Assist leadership in executing directives and support large-scale partner initiatives, ensuring alignment with X-PHY’s corporate strategy and long-term business vision.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in direct sales, channel development, partner sales, or strategic alliances, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through channel partnerships in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to leverage data to optimize partner performance and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives that align with X-PHY’s mission and business growth objectives.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise IT solutions is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Benefits

  • Performance Bonus: Our company recognizes and rewards high performance with competitive bonuses tied to your results.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs): We issue RSUs to contributors, offering you a stake in the company's success and aligning your interests with our long-term growth.
