Launch Excellence is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Global Launch Excellence CoE (Centre of Excellence), driving best-in-class product launches across the Agilent Enterprise.

This role will own and evolve the Agilent Commercialization and Channel Development Playbook, ensuring consistency, and alignment across all New Product Introductions (NPI).

The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset, deep expertise in commercialization processes, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple divisions, geographies, and functions. This role is central to enabling Agilent to deliver coordinated, high-impact launches that accelerate growth, strengthen our market position, and enhance customer value.

As part of the Launch Excellence team, the successful candidate will collaborate with the wider Launch Excellence team, Product Management, Commercial Marketing, Field Sales/Delivery organizations and multiple cross-functional teams, to ensure the successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Agilent Launch Excellence Center of Excellence (CoE), providing enterprise-wide support and governance for all product launches across Agilent.
  • Own and continuously evolve the Agilent Commercialization and Channel Development Playbook, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Drive consistency, and governance across the Agilent New Product Introduction (NPI) launch process, ensuring Launch Excellence methodologies, processes, and tools are effectively adopted across all divisions.
  • Maintain, enhance, and optimize Launch Excellence tools and frameworks to support evolving business and commercialization needs.
  • Optimize the launch of complex offerings including workflows, automation solutions, digital products, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Maintain an enterprise-wide view of the Agilent NPI portfolio, highlighting strategic products and solutions, while also proactively identifying/escalating opportunities and risks to executive stakeholders.
  • Identify and enable opportunities for coordinated cross-divisional product launches to maximize market impact and commercial effectiveness.
  • Partner with a broad network of cross-functional and divisional stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability, and adherence to Launch Excellence frameworks and processes.
  • Own, develop, and evolve training programs for Launch Excellence teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support the ongoing optimization of commercialization processes throughout the product lifecycle journey.
  • Lead and execute the Launch Excellence communication strategy, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, transparency, and alignment across the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to strengthen commercialization excellence and drive successful business outcomes across the Agilent enterprise

The role forms part of the wider Agilent Launch Excellence Team. Launch Excellence consists of Commercialization Managers, Channel Development Managers, as well as a Center of Excellence for optimizing our Commercialization playbook and building appropriate tools to support product launches across the Agilent Enterprise.
