Location: Needham, Massachusetts 

Travel: Frequent domestic and international travel required. 

About the Role 

The Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Growth & Transformation is responsible for driving the successful execution of SharkNinja's highest-priority enterprise initiatives. The portfolio includes growth-oriented and transformational initiatives such as geographic expansion, new channel development, DTC growth, social commerce, AI-enabled transformation, operating model enhancements, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead a portfolio of high-impact enterprise initiatives aligned to strategic priorities and growth objectives. 
  • Drive execution of initiatives spanning geographic expansion, channel development, commercial growth, AI-enabled transformation, operating model enhancements, and enterprise transformation. 
  • Lead initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale, ensuring delivery of measurable results and sustained organizational impact. 
  • Develop and execute change management strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, user adoption, and realization of business benefits. 
  • Drive accountability, governance, risk management, and executive visibility across the initiative portfolio. 

Experience 

  • 15+ years of experience in program leadership, business transformation, operations, consulting, strategic initiatives, or related disciplines. 
  • Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives with significant business impact. 
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of technologies that create measurable business value and operational impact. 
  • Cross functional matrix leadership to delivery business results through influence. 
  • Exceptional influence, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong systems thinker with a bias for action and measurable outcomes. 
  • Credible, confident leader who can challenge constructively and lead through ambiguity. 
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage from the Executive Leadership Team to frontline teams. 
  • Strong project management skills to ensure initiatives deliver on time and at cost.
