About the Roleย 

The Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Growth & Transformation is responsible for driving the successful execution of SharkNinja's highest-priority enterprise initiatives. The portfolio includes growth-oriented and transformational initiatives such as geographic expansion, new channel development, DTC growth, social commerce, AI-enabled transformation, operating model enhancements, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Lead a portfolio of high-impact enterprise initiatives alignedย toย strategic priorities and growthย objectives.ย 
  • Drive execution of initiatives spanning geographic expansion, channel development, commercial growth, AI-enabled transformation, operating model enhancements, and enterprise transformation.ย 
  • Lead initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale, ensuring delivery of measurable results and sustained organizational impact.ย 
  • Develop and execute change management strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, user adoption, and realization of business benefits.ย 
  • Drive accountability, governance, risk management, and executive visibility across the initiative portfolio.ย 

Experienceย 

  • 15+ years of experience in program leadership, business transformation, operations, consulting, strategic initiatives, or related disciplines.ย

  • Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of technologies that create measurable business value and operational impact.ย
