Job description

Channel Development Manager (Hybrid)   The grid is transforming — and you could be at the center of it. Survalent is looking for a Channel Development Manager to build and grow the partner ecosystem behind some of North America's most exciting infrastructure projects: renewable generation, battery energy storage, data centers, microgrids, and substation automation. If you love building relationships, opening new markets, and helping partners win, this role was made for you. Why You’ll Enjoy this Role * Own and shape Survalent's channel strategy across some of the fastest-growing segments in energy — BESS, renewables, data centers, and microgrids. * Build genuine, high-trust relationships with EPCs, engineering firms, system integrators, OEMs, and consultants who shape the future of the grid. * Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Care — your voice will directly influence strategy and roadmap. * Represent Survalent at industry conferences and forums, building your own reputation as a trusted voice in grid modernization. * Join a mission-driven team building the operational technology platform utilities and mission-critical facilities rely on.   What you will be doing: * Develop and execute channel strategy for renewable energy, BESS, data centers, microgrids, EPMS, and substation automation markets. * Identify, recruit, and grow relationships with strategic partners — from EPCs and integrators to consultants and technology providers. * Build joint business plans and co-selling motions that generate qualified, partner-sourced pipeline. * Design scalable partner enablement — training, playbooks, demos, and co-marketing that help partners sell and deliver with confidence. * Track and report on channel performance, using data to continuously sharpen the strategy. * Be a visible industry advocate for Survalent at conferences, trade shows, and technical forums across North America. * Other duties as required   What you’ll bring * A 4-year university degree or equivalent. * 2+ years of experience in software or engineering sales, including a quota-carrying role. * A track record of success selling technical solutions indirectly, through partners. * Confidence, polish, and genuine curiosity — you build trust quickly and follow through. * Comfort with travel across North America to meet partners and customers where they are. * Bonus: familiarity with SCADA, ADMS, DERMS, EMS, or other grid/operational technologies.   What success looks like * A thriving, well-supported partner network that consistently generates qualified opportunities. * Strong, trusted relationships with key partner executives, engineers, and decision-makers. * Partners who feel equipped, informed, and excited to sell and deliver Survalent solutions. * A growing reputation — yours and Survalent's — as a go-to name in grid modernization. Ready to Help Power the Grid of Tomorrow? If this sounds like your next career move, we want to hear from you. Apply today and help us deliver intelligent, resilient technology for the electrical infrastructure that powers our world. If you are interested in joining a growing organization in this exciting role, please apply with your resume and cover letter by clicking the application link. This full-time role reports to the Vice President of Market Expansion for North American Sales. This role offers a competitive salary and tremendous opportunity to grow with an expanding organization.   About Us: Survalent Technology Corporation is the leading provider of real-time smart grid management system for enabling visualization, optimization, and improved operations for utilities.
