Regional Sales Manager, Western US (Remote) Ready to lead growth in one of the most dynamic utility markets in North America? Survalent is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager, Western US to drive new business, expand strategic customer partnerships, and help electric utilities modernize grid operations with industry-leading technology. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with the Vice President of US Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions including ADMS, SCADA, OMS, DMS, and utility analytics platforms that help utilities monitor, optimize, and transform power delivery. What You’ll Do * Own and grow the Western US sales territory by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities * Build strong relationships with utility customers and key stakeholders across the region * Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while expanding pipeline growth * Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and renewals * Partner with inside sales and account development representatives to maximize territory success * Develop strategic account and territory plans based on market intelligence and business potential * Maintain accurate CRM forecasting, opportunity tracking, and sales activity reporting * Collaborate with Product Management by sharing competitive insights and customer feedback * Present Survalent’s solutions and value proposition to executive and operational utility teams * Participate in industry events, conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings * Work closely with leadership on forecasting, regional strategy, and pipeline development * Champion Survalent’s mission and help utilities modernize operations through innovative technology   What We’re Looking For * Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university * 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise software sales * Proven success selling technology solutions directly to end users * Strong track record of developing new business and closing complex deals * Experience prospecting, networking, and building strategic customer relationships * Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment * Knowledge of electric utility operations or utility software solutions is highly desirable * Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications * Willingness to travel throughout the US and Canada as needed   Why Join Survalent?
