We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Virtual Sales & Channel Growth Injectable Aesthetics to lead our virtual sales team and accelerate commercial growth through strategic channel development.

This is a high-impact role responsible for developing and coaching a high-performing virtual sales team, accelerating revenue growth and identifying new opportunities to expand our commercial reach. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Training, you will build scalable growth strategies through strategic partnerships, educational institutions, buying groups, and other emerging channels that strengthen customer acquisition and long-term market presence.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership with commercial acumen, partnership development experience, and a passion for creating innovative growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the inside/virtual sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue and pipeline targets

  • Manage and coach a team of inside/virtual sales representatives to exceed KPIs and deliver consistent performance

  • Analyze sales metrics, pipeline trends, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Marketing, Medical, Training and sales to refine lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes

New Channel Development

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for new channels and identified sales opportunities

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities with training schools and educational institutions, buying groups and purchasing networks, strategic partnerships and business alliances

  • Lead contract discussions, partnership negotiations and business planning activities

  • Develop scalable channel activation programs that drive sustainable growth

Commercial Growth & Innovation

  • Identify emerging market opportunities, customer segments and innovative commercial models that support long-term business growth

  • Lead strategic business development initiatives that complement the virtual sales strategy and accelerate market expansion

  • Champion new ideas, technologies and customer engagement approaches that improve the customer experience and commercial effectiveness

  • Collaborate across the organization to translate market insights into innovative growth initiatives and new revenue streams

  • Support strategic account growth through targeted cross-selling and upselling initiatives where appropriate

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or related roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B environments

  • Demonstrated ability to lead / coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams

  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools and data-driven decision making

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

This is a remote position in Ontario with a base salary range of 115,000 - 135,000 CAD plus bonus.
