Rotational Chef - 40m Classic Feadship - Private/Charter Flag: Jamaican Joining location: Newport, RI Joining date: As soon as possible Itinerary: Caribbean / New England Program: Private family use with light charter Crew: 8 total Rotational Schedule: 10 weeks / 10 weeks We are seeking a rotational Chef to join a beautiful 40m classic Feadship. This is a family-oriented program with American owners and an excellent crew longevity record. Requirements: Male preferred due to cabin arrangements Restaurant timing, presentation, balance Experience with baked goods and deserts Healthy (but with a consideration for flavor).

Americana style guest menu + healthy balanced crew food Minimum of 3 years of yachting experience is preferred Ability to maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene and galley cleanliness Verifiable references Ability to present a well-organized portfolio, including personal photos and sample menus Willingness to participate in crew watch and other ship side duties Valid certifications: STCW, ENG1, Ship's Cook Certificate, and Food Hygiene Level 3 is mandatory B1/B2 visa or US passport in hand is mandatory Willingness to undergo a criminal background check prior to employment Package: Salary: $7,000 - $7,500.00 monthly Raise: 4% annual raise Charter tips Rotation: 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off (1: .95) subject to operational schedule Insurance: upon joining the vessel Travel: flight coverage in and out of yacht.
