We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of call center representatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
