As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates
