We're seeking a confident, customer focused Call Center/Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume insurance team in Carlsbad. This role requires strong phone etiquette, the ability to manage a heavy call load, and a positive attitude when handling challenging or escalated customer situations. Candidates will start fully onsite, with the potential for hybrid flexibility once hired on permanently.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and a customer-first approach
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Review and process audit-related paperwork with speed and accuracy
