Call Center Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client to hire a Call Center Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a fully onsite position to start, with the potential to transition to a remote schedule after approximately six months of successful permanent employment.
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:50 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with service-related questions, account inquiries, billing concerns, scheduling requests, and issue resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with account questions, service requests, billing inquiries, and scheduling needs
  • Accurately document customer interactions and updates within company systems
  • Explain services, policies, procedures, and account information clearly
  • Research and resolve customer concerns while providing excellent service
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
  • Meet established productivity, attendance, and quality standards
Qualifications
