Business Support

Responsible:

Manage end-to-end B2B business operations, including contract execution, Deal Desk support, and order-to-delivery processes. Process contract approvals, customer billing, Purchase Orders (POs), and AR/AP activities using SAP and Salesforce. Coordinate with Business, Accounting, Legal, vendors, and the CFO Office to support business operations and resolve operational issues. Support financial audits and ensure accurate documentation, contract administration, and compliance. Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing, sales tax application, and financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP SD and channel business operations is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is a must-have.
