Pay Range: $40,000 - $48,000 non-exempt


RYAN is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to support daily business functions across Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and general business operations. This is an execution-focused role and great opportunity for someone looking for experience in all faucets of business who enjoys working with structure, following processes, and supporting key business functions. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks with accuracy and consistency.


Key responsibilities include:


Accounting & Finance Support

  • General bookkeeping - accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Support cash management activities, including tracking deposits and preparing ACH batches
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Manage state and municipal tax inquiries
  • Compile and update recurring reports related to finance and human resources

Human Resources Support

  • Payroll preparation and data entry
  • Adds/maintains contractor and subcontractor data in HRIS
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR administrative processes

General Business Support

  • Maintain RYAN’s Social Media presence and content calendar
  • Maintain company website and internet presence
  • Support internal coordination and ensure timely follow-through on assigned tasks
  • Assist with general business operations and administrative needs
Requirements:


Skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow structured processes, checklists, and deadlines consistently
  • Strong communication skills (clear, concise, responsive)
  • Willingness to learn and support multiple areas of business
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel*

Education/Experience

  • 1+ year(s) of administrative experience
  • High School Diploma*
  • Exposure to accounting systems*

*Preferred

  • Bachelors or some college
  • Excel proficient - (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, basic sum, avg, count formulas)
  • QuickBooks proficiency - (Journal Entries, Invoicing, paying Bills, reconciling accounts)
  • Payroll Experience
