Project Description:
The IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will act as a strategic interface between IT and public transportation business units (metro, bus, train), aligning technology initiatives with business goals. The role involves strategic planning, technology roadmap development, and driving the implementation of IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Role Description:
The BRM will collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to identify technology solutions that address operational challenges, improve service delivery, and optimize public transportation systems. This includes designing and implementing IT systems for passenger information, fare collection, scheduling tools, and fleet management, while ensuring scalability and compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills and Requirements
Key qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or ITIL certification preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT business relationship management, business analysis, or IT project management, ideally within the public transportation industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation management software systems, ERP, CRM, GPS tracking, asset management, and passenger information systems.
  • Proven experience in developing and aligning technology roadmaps with business strategies, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and alignment with both short-term operational needs and long-term strategic objectives.
