Their primary role is to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals. They collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes, drive innovation, and support digital transformation initiatives. Job description

Technology Business Partner
Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business strategy and technology innovation? We’re looking for a Technology Business Partner (or BRM) to join our team as a trusted advisor and strategic connector between our business units and the broader technology organization.
In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our business by aligning technology investments with strategic goals, uncovering opportunities for innovation, and ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable value. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to understand their vision, identify pain points, and co-create solutions that drive transformation and growth.
Our Ideal Candidate
You are more than just a translator between IT and business — you’re a strategic thinker and relationship builder who brings a consultative approach to every conversation. You have the ability to ask the right questions, uncover underlying business needs, and frame IT capabilities in a business-relevant way. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, guiding business leaders through discovery, and shaping technology initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
The BRM will work consultatively with business leaders to:
  • Understand their current state, operating model, and pain points,
  • Unpack their strategic objectives and future vision, and
  • Identify how technology can support, enable, or accelerate desired business outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating their goals into actionable technology initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
  • Shape demand by helping stakeholders articulate needs in terms of business value and strategic impact.
  • Drive value realization by tracking outcomes and ensuring technology investments deliver on their promise.
  • Champion innovation by identifying where emerging technologies can unlock new capabilities or efficiencies.
Your Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, business analysis, or business relationship management
  • Strong understanding of IT capabilities, including applications, data, and infrastructure
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in portfolio, project, or change management is a plus
  • BRM certification (e.g., BRMP® or CBRM®) or familiarity with BRM principles is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Compensation: $55 - $68.50 per hour
