The Manager, IT Business Partnering serves as a key liaison between the business unit and the IT organization, supporting the Head, IT Business Partner (US). This role focuses on translating business priorities into actionable IT initiatives and ensuring high-quality execution through strong program and project management.
This is a hands-on role that combines business engagement, program delivery and execution excellence to drive measurable business outcomes.
The Impact You'll Make in this Role:
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities, supporting the Head, IT Business Partner (US) in shaping IT demand.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined IT initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs and projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary program/project manager for key initiatives, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive prioritization and execution of the IT portfolio in alignment with business goals and leadership direction.
• Ensure effective coordination across cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on program performance, providing transparency and proactive risk mitigation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive incremental digital innovation.
• Support governance processes including demand intake, project tracking, and status reporting.
• Stay informed on relevant technologies and industry trends to support solutioning and delivery.
Your skills & expertise (Minimum qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in IT business partnering, program management, or project management roles.
  • 5 years Strong hands-on experience managing complex IT programs and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and related applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and IT teams.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Strong execution focus with high ownership and accountability
  • Solid business acumen with ability to connect IT delivery to business outcomes
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in healthcare/life sciences is a plus.
  • Excellent program and project management discipline
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with ability to work in a matrixed organization

  • Hybrid Eligible - Job Duties allow for some remote work but require to be in office at least 2 - 3 days per week
