As a Business Operations Coordinator for Travel + Leisure this person will be responsible for delivering quality support for our Sales and Marketing processes. This person provides exceptional customer service to all guests and business partners, ensures that operational processes and procedures are met, protects data integrity throughout our systems, and partners with their team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives. As part of the Business Operations team, this individual helps support the steps to put the world on vacation and make memories of a lifetime! $18.00/HR

How You'll Shine:

  • Partner with sales department to collect and validate client information
  • Prepare legal contracts and documents to send to corporate office
  • Review data to ensure accuracy
  • File and secure all documents per procedure
  • Complete daily contract reconciliation in all systems
  • Assist Administrative Supervisor in support of sales staff
  • Handle proprietary information in a confidential and classified manner
  • Data entry
  • Other tasks assigned by management

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years data entry or similar work experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • General knowledge of smart devices
  • Timeshare, Escrow or Mortgage Loan processing experience preferred
  • Must be positive, energetic and self-motivated
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
  • High School Diploma or equivalent - College degree in related field preferred

Complexity

Level of decision making authority:
Coordinator may be required to make limited operational decisions when resolving owner issues or objections.

Level of autonomy:
Coordinator's daily work will be verified daily, weekly and monthly to ensure accuracy and validation of all tour, gifting and contractual paperwork.

Impact of incumbent's decisions on the organization:
Coordinator's decisions may cause commission delays, site revenue recognition delays, and delays in contract securitization, cost per tour and marketing payroll inaccuracies.

Scope/Financial Responsibility:
Coordinator is accountable to meet WCF Scorecard metrics, Accounting Deliverables, maintain Cost of Sales, Product Yield Management, and ensure adherence to T+L Standard Operating Procedures to secure the company's assets.
