Job description

What We Offer
Schedule - Monday - Friday, daytime hours.
Location - ONSITE at Forsyth Medical Center
What You Will Do:
  • Supply logistics is a key responsibility in this role.
  • Provide operational and daily clerical and data support across multiple Nursing Units to assist in achieving and maximizing unit efficiency.
  • Maintain and order supplies for the units through contracted vendor/supplier.
  • Prepares IT, Engineering, and altering requests.
  • Prepare purchase orders, voucher payment requests, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage the movement, storage, and flow of materials and goods within the units.

What You Will Need
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of three years in a multitasking environment with administrative tasks and business operations emphasis.
  • Working knowledge of hospital economics, labor relations, and financial reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and mindfulness.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work well with a variety of professionals, as well as able to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Ability to secure and maintain private and confidential information.

Preferred:
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
