Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our front office team. This role is essential in creating a smooth patient experience from the moment they walk in the door. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.
Schedule (days/hours)
Mon 10-7, Tue 10-7, Wed 7-4,Th 7-4, Fri 7-1
Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an efficient daily schedule
  • Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Support overall office organization and front desk operations

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of dental experience
  • Previous front office, customer service, or dental office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working with scheduling and office software systems
  • Detail-oriented with a patient-first mindset
