Job Title: Business Analyst PMO
Duration: 5 Months

Location: Greenville SC, 29611 (Onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst PMO to support project portfolio management, reporting, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), dashboard development, KPI reporting, financial tracking, and PMO processes. This role will focus on improving project visibility, maintaining portfolio data accuracy, tracking milestones, managing risks/issues, and providing data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making across global projects. Experience in critical infrastructure, manufacturing, power systems, or industrial engineering environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and deploy a centralized PMO milestone dashboard, providing leadership with real-time visibility into global project health, critical path performance, milestone status, and delivery timelines. Enable proactive monitoring of project execution, identification of variances, and data-driven decision-making across the project portfolio.
ServiceNow SPM Management: Maintain ServiceNow SPM as the standard, authoritative source of truth for Company’s SWGBB project portfolio by auditing data sources, validating data integrity, and ensuring portfolio accuracy. Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that support operational and business performance. Conduct regular audits of Project Delivery team utilization and adherence to established processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed to drive consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
Milestone Tracking & Operational Insights: Design and maintain a centralized dashboard that integrates key project milestones and performance metrics, providing cross-functional stakeholders with real-time visibility into project execution and PMO effectiveness. Leverage milestone data to assess project delivery performance, identify recurring process gaps, and highlight operational inefficiencies across core Project Delivery functions. Monitor critical indicators—including Original Promise Date (OPD) adherence, milestone attainment, and overall project lifecycle performance—to drive accountability, support continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance organizational decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Leverage ServiceNow SPM financial management capabilities to accurately track and manage multi-million-dollar project portfolios, including project costs, sell prices, forecasts, and change order activity. Develop and maintain financial reporting that provides leadership with visibility into project profitability, revenue realization, cost performance, and portfolio health. Ensure financial data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation activities, enabling informed decision-making, improved forecasting accuracy, and proactive risk management across the Project Delivery organization.
RAID/RIDAC Management: Establish and maintain a structured RAID/RIDAC management process to proactively identify, document, and track risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions across the project portfolio. Drive timely escalation and resolution of technical dependencies, regulatory compliance risks, and field-service deployment constraints impacting global project execution. Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement to mitigate risks, remove execution roadblocks, improve project outcomes, and ensure organizational accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
•Customer Experience: Develop customer-specific portfolio views and reporting dashboards that provide tailored visibility into project status, milestone progress, and key performance metrics, improving transparency and strengthening customer experience.
Skills:
Platform Expertise: Advanced, hands-on experience using ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)—formerly ITBM—for demand management, project tracking, and dashboard generation.
Engineering Literacy: Ability to interpret high-level timelines for electrical drawing packages and their impact on meeting project scheduled milestones and SLA''s.
Global Coordination: Cross-functional communication skills to bridge gaps between Company’s project managers, design engineers, and operations teams.
Analytical Mindset: The ability to spot trends, areas of efficiency improvement, and make objective, data-driven decisions that enhance the overall flow of day-to-day project tracking and reporting.
Experience: 3+ years of PMO experience within critical infrastructure, power electronics, heavy manufacturing, or industrial engineering.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, supply chain, business, or a related technical discipline.
