Job Description LRS Consulting Services is seeking a IT Business Analyst/Project Coordinator for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity in St. Louis, MO. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Coordinator dedicated to support to the IT Project Management Office, partnering with Project Managers across the portfolio to translate business needs into clear process flows, requirements documentation, and project artifacts. This role blends business analysis skills, such as process mapping and requirements gathering, with day-to-day PMO administrative support, including status tracker updates, meeting coordination, and maintenance of project documentation in ServiceNow. During Project Discovery, the Project Coordinator independently authors Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and assists Project Managers with the creation of Project Charters.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders are essential for success in this role. Day to Day Responsibilities: Develop process flow diagrams and workflow documentation to support project planning and business process improvement efforts. Partner with Project Managers and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate project requirements.

Create and maintain supporting documentation, including process maps, requirements documents, and meeting notes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the design of updated workflows. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation for project teams.

Independently author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) during the Project Discovery phase. Assist Project Managers with the creation of Project Charters during Discovery. Assist Project Managers with maintaining status trackers, WBS/task schedules, and RAID logs within ServiceNow.

Support weekly PMO status reporting by compiling updates and tracking submission compliance. Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. Support the Project Change Request (PCR) process by preparing and tracking documentation.

Provide general administrative support to the PMO as needed. Requirements: -Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, or PMO support role. -Experience creating process flow diagrams and workflow documentation using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.

-Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for IT projects. -Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar PPM/ITSM tools a plus. -Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders -CAPM certification a plus -Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal) LRS is an equal opportunity employer.
