Position Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive project success, coordinate Business Analyst teams, gather and analyze complex business requirements, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable business and functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate multiple Business Analysts supporting large and complex projects.
  • Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate user requirements into business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, and test scenarios.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, project status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Collaborate with process owners, customers, technical teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources and identify core business and functional requirements.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage project dynamics with strong communication and emotional intelligence.
  • Maintain project, business, functional, and technical documentation.
  • Manage multiple priorities and competing project activities effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt project plans based on stakeholder feedback and changing business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst.
  • Experience leading or coordinating Business Analysts on complex projects.
  • Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating functional requirements, business requirements, use cases, and test scenarios.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple organizational stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
