Job Description Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN. Our client is looking to bring on an experienced s seeking a Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst with deep Financial Services experience and a strong operations background. This role is ideal for a strategic delivery leader who can both drive execution and partner with operations teams to analyze, improve, and transform business processes.

The ideal candidate brings executive presence, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex operational needs into structured project plans and actionable business requirements. This individual must be comfortable presenting to senior leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in high-visibility environments. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead end-to-end project execution for operational and workflow-driven initiatives across medium to large-scale programs Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource forecasts, and financial tracking models Proactively identify risks, operational impacts, and early warning indicators; drive mitigation and clear escalation paths Deliver initiatives using Agile and Iterative Waterfall methodologies as appropriate Ensure alignment between operational priorities and technology delivery Business Analysis & Operational Strategy: Partner with Operations, Product, IT, and Vendor teams to assess current-state workflows and identify improvement opportunities Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis Translate business and regulatory needs into clear business and functional requirements documentation Lead business process reengineering efforts to improve efficiency, scalability, controls, and client experience Support implementation of regulatory changes impacting operational workflows Financial & Resource Oversight: Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and staffing alignment to ensure efficient use of resources Track business value realization and operational performance improvements post-implementation Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Prepare executive-ready presentation materials and lead discussions with senior and C-suite stakeholders Act as liaison between operations leadership and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment Manage vendor relationships and integration efforts for operational platforms and tools Qualifications: Senior-level Project Management experience within Financial Services Strong Business Analysis background with hands-on operational process improvement experience Demonstrated success leading workflow, business process management (BPM), or operational transformation initiatives Experience integrating vendor products with internal systems Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven operational change Exceptional communication skills and executive presence Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Must be able to be onsite 4 days/week.

1 day/week remote work.** The base range for this contract position is $70-$100 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations
