- Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
- You should have at least 10+ years of Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience
- Must have Strong U.S. Healthcare experience working with all Lines of businesses
- Experience in Payment Integrity, Claims, FWA/Revenue Cycle Management experience
- Deep expertise across Commercial (E&I), Medicare & Retirement (M&R), Community & State (C&S), Rx, Dental, and Vision.
- Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives
- Strong Healthcare claims processing and adjudication knowledge
- Knowledge of lifecycle of a claim is a "MUST". Claims processing is an added advantage
- Agile delivery experience
- SQL and data analysis capabilities
- Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
