Our client is looking Healthcare Business Analyst projectRemote (Minneapolis, MN) below is the detailed requirements.
Job Title : Healthcare Business Analyst
Location : Remote (Minneapolis, MN)
Duration : Long term
Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
  • You should have at least 10+ years of Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience
  • Must have Strong U.S. Healthcare experience working with all Lines of businesses
  • Experience in Payment Integrity, Claims, FWA/Revenue Cycle Management experience
  • Deep expertise across Commercial (E&I), Medicare & Retirement (M&R), Community & State (C&S), Rx, Dental, and Vision.
  • Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives
  • Strong Healthcare claims processing and adjudication knowledge
  • Knowledge of lifecycle of a claim is a "MUST". Claims processing is an added advantage
  • Agile delivery experience
  • SQL and data analysis capabilities
  • Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
