Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for technical configuration and integrations within Epic systems.
  • Implement, modify, test, and administer complex business systems and applications.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business and user needs to deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Design workflows, reports, and interfaces, preparing comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, managing service incidents and requests.
  • Lead meetings and facilitate problem-solving sessions across team boundaries.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for external vendors, addressing vendor-related technical challenges.
Skills
