Overview

Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst III to support large-scale, cross-functional IT initiatives. The ideal candidate excels in requirements gathering, systems analysis, stakeholder communication, and translating complex technical concepts into clear business language. This role plays a key part in improving process efficiency, supporting business needs, and ensuring system alignment across multiple integrated platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and verification for complex, multi-platform IT initiatives.

  • Consult with business and technical teams to identify solutions that improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

  • Define business rules, assess system impacts, and guide implementation across functional areas.

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operational teams to ensure business needs are fully met.

  • Conduct research on tools, software, and technology solutions to support recommendations and budgeting.

  • Manage changing requirements and communicate impacts, risks, and issues.

  • Create clear and concise requirements using standard templates and best practices.

  • Support quality attributes, non-functional requirements, system interfaces, and constraints.

  • Serve as a lead or SME across multiple projects; may mentor or guide other business systems analysts.
