Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead complex initiatives and projects from discovery through implementation.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system requirements.
  • Identify impacts to BOL, Bank Admin, back-end services, vendor integrations, and downstream systems.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend procedural or technical improvements.
  • Evaluate solution options and identify impacts across BOL capabilities.
  • Support architecture and development teams during design and implementation.
  • Ensure solutions satisfy business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, vendors, and operational groups.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops and design reviews.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and implementation impacts.
  • Testing & Release Support
  • Review test scenarios and test coverage.
  • Support UAT planning and defect triage.
  • Validate requirements traceability through implementation.
  • Develop operational procedures, business process documentation, and job aids.
  • Create reports and analysis for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain system and process knowledge for supported applications.
  • Production Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze production incidents and root causes.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Support ongoing modernization initiatives and digital transformation efforts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or related experience.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of API integrations and service-oriented architectures.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, security, audit, and compliance requirements.

Compensation Range:

57,000.00 - 113,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
