Title: Associate Business Systems Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 or Remote
Employment Type: 12 plus month W2 contract. No C2C. No sponsorship available

Overview

The Associate Business Systems Analyst supports the translation of business requirements into technical specifications while analyzing and validating data throughout the lifecycle of complex legal cases. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills, working knowledge of SQL, and strong communication abilities who want to grow in a data focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and statements of work
โ€ข Design data mappings and transformations to support ETL processes
โ€ข Query and analyze data using Excel, Access, and SQL Server
โ€ข Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
โ€ข Serve as liaison between Client Services and technical teams including Data Analysts and developers
โ€ข Partner with Technical Project Managers to track project tasks and timelines
โ€ข Support user acceptance testing and collaborate with QC teams on testing strategies
โ€ข Monitor production workflows, identify issues, and coordinate resolution
โ€ข Document requirements, business rules, and processes
โ€ข Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain accurate project time tracking

Required Skills
