Agility 360 is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Contractor) to support our large banking client in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on bridging business needs with technology solutions to drive efficiency, innovation, and scalable outcomes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear documentation and conceptual designs that guide application development.
  • Evaluate current technology solutions, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, functionality, and user experience.
  • Partner closely with business units, IT teams, and vendors to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design, develop, and maintain application interfaces, dashboards, and system integrations to ensure seamless data flow and performance.
  • Ensure all technology implementations comply with regulatory, security, and operational standards, while following industry best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on system usage, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
  • Lead and support automation initiatives by integrating workflow solutions into internal and external platforms to enhance scalability and productivity.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, or other commercial banking products.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Experience with application testing, including test case creation and documentation.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, conditional logic, and data comparison).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Location: on-site in Phoenix, AZ
  • Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Position requires all forms of dexterity/mobility which may include extended periods of sitting/standing. May occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more. 
  • May be required to drive for business purposes and must hold a valid driver's license in good standing and maintain personal auto insurance in compliance with local or state requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy, or distracting environment.
