Agility 360 is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a blended technology and operations function within a complex internal systems environment. This role is responsible for understanding business processes, learning internal workflows, translating business needs into clear requirements, and supporting testing and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across business analysis, systems understanding, QA/UAT support, and process-oriented operations work, with the potential to grow into a long-term role based on business needs and performance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear documentation, user stories, and conceptual designs to support application development
  • Evaluate current technology solutions, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, functionality, and user experience
  • Partner closely with business units, IT teams, and vendors to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and ensure successful delivery
  • Support a hybrid role blending business analysis, QA/UAT, and operations, with an initial focus on learning operational workflows to better understand systems
  • Work across both technical and operational functions (approximately 50/50 split), supporting data, processes, and system improvements
  • Design, develop, and maintain application interfaces, dashboards, and system integrations to ensure seamless data flow and performance
  • Lead and support testing efforts, including test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and UAT coordination
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on internal systems, providing guidance on system usage, troubleshooting, and process optimization
  • Support and lead automation initiatives by integrating workflow solutions into internal and external platforms to enhance scalability and productivity
  • Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence to manage requirements, documentation, and workflows
  • Work extensively with Excel and data analysis to support reporting, reconciliation, and operational insights
  • Ensure all technology implementations comply with regulatory, security, and operational standards and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and confidently engage with business users to drive solutions in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar hybrid BSA/QA/Operations role
  • Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting end-to-end delivery lifecycle activities
  • Working knowledge of banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, or other commercial banking products
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, industry standards, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with application testing, including test case creation and documentation
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, conditional logic, data comparison, and analysis)
  • Experience working with internal/enterprise systems and complex workflows
  • Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex environments and ramp up in a short timeframe
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • High level of adaptability, initiative, and ability to work in less structured environments
