Position Title: Junior Business Systems Analyst
Location: Van Nest, NY
Pay Rate: $45/hour on W2
Position Description:
Join a dynamic construction organization as a Junior Business Analyst, providing vital technical and functional solutions in Information Technology (IT). This role involves the planning, design, development, and deployment of User Interface (UI), Visualization, and AI platforms, including Microsoft BI, IBM Maximo, and Oracle EBS. You will assess user needs to determine technical, programmatic, and functional requirements, ensuring deployments align with company roadmaps and standards. Focus areas include data analytics, governance, database management, legacy data conversion, and end-user solutions. You'll analyze the technology environment, document requirements, collaborate on solutions, create prototypes, participate in technology selection, control solution development, and support project management efforts. Strong business analysis, DevOps, project management, product management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Proven experience in business analysis and IT project deployment
