JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and excellent communication skills. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various levels to gather and analyze requirements, develop and implement solutions, and enhance business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather and analyze user requirements to develop and implementbusiness systems solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize businessneeds.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including use cases, dataflow diagrams, and process flows.
  • Participate in the design and development of new systems andenhancements to existing systems.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure that system designs align withbusiness requirements.
  • Test and validate systems to confirm they meet requirements and areready for production.
  • Provide training and support to users on new systems andenhancements.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in businesssystems analysis.

QUALIFICATIONSRequired
  • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis
  • Strong SDLC knowledge, including Waterfall and Agile/Scrummethodologies
  • Experience writing and managing Waterfall requirements
  • Experience working with a variety of business systems, includingenterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management(CRM), and business intelligence (BI) systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred
  • Experience with Visio or similar diagramming tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with process flows and flow charts
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
