Under general direction, develops functional specifications and coordinates the implementation and testing of modifications and enhancements of agency wide business systems; performs a variety of analytical and technical duties in support of fiscal and compliance responsibilities of Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) and/or its client agencies and acts as liaison between users and information technology staff to develop technology-based business solutions.

Required Education and ExperienceEducation: A bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, computer/management information systems, computer science, or other fields closely related to the job requirements of this classification from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Foreign degrees and credit units require translation and equivalency established by an agency recognized by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
Experience: Three years of experience providing technical systems support and coordinating testing within automated business systems.
Additional Requirements: A valid California driver's license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to provide transportation between job sites is required.
Hybrid remote schedules may be available. To ensure the health and safety of its staff, LACOE may require employees to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19.
