Job Description:

Overall IT Experience: 10 years + Business Analyst Lead Experience: 5 years + Labeling and Artwork management Systems hands on experience: 5 years + Life Sciences Projects: 4 years+ with preference in experience working on Manufacturing/Supply chain/Lab systems.

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Micro Focus ALM (HP ALM) • MS Tools • Labelling and artwork management systems • Visio, Process flow creation tools

Experience Required:

• Lead Business Analyst experience in managing Labelling and Artwork Management program/projects. • Good collaboration experiences with System Owners, Business, Dev, QA and quality teams. • Good functional understanding for implementation of Labelling and Artwork Management in LS companies. • Should have great communication and coordination skills (proactive and driving) between internal team and customers across shores

• Should have good track record in managing teams to successful project delivery. • Should have good understanding and experience on execution and managing GxP projects and deliverables. • Should have solid experience in creating/executing best practices, guidelines, checklist GxP projects execution. Worked in Life Sciences vertical both GxP and non GxP space. • Familiar with Life science business process flow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As Lead business analyst drive requirements management/documentation, bring functional expertise in implementing the labelling and artwork management systems. Coordinate with program/project stakeholders to ensure requirements are documented with clarity to help in the development/configuration and testing process. Provide SME support for business to bringing the correct requirements to implementation. Support in UAT and other testing needs as required.

Work as a team, matured communication and coordination skills with client and internal teams/stakeholders. Problem solver.
