We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce Reporting, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the accurate creation and maintenance of documentation and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize business performance and KPIs.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Conduct Salesforce Health Cloud analysis and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Develop, update, and maintain:
  • Business Intelligence (BI) documentation
  • Data mapping documentation
  • Salesforce Health Cloud documentation
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for reporting and analytics solutions.
