What is the highest paying life science job?

In the life sciences, senior roles such as Director of Research, Vice President of R&D, or Chief Scientific Officer tend to have the highest salaries, often exceeding six figures. Who earns more, BA or PM?

In the life science industry, project managers (PMs) generally earn higher salaries than business analysts (BAs) due to their greater responsibility for project delivery and leadership. BAs focus on requirements gathering and analysis, often earning less but requiring strong communication and domain knowledge. Salary differences can vary based on experience, certifications, and company size.

Staying current with industry standards and certifications can help ensure long-term employability in this field.

Which is better, BDA or BA?

For a Contractual Life Science Business Analyst, the choice between a Business Data Analyst (BDA) and a Business Analyst (BA) depends on the role's focus; BDAs typically specialize in data analysis, reporting, and tools like SQL and Excel, while BAs focus on requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.
