Title: Lead Integration Analyst
Contract: 6 months plus
Worksite location: ***Shoreview, MN or Groton, MA*** This position supports both locations so ideally the candidate would work out of Shoreview but Groton, MA is an option as well.
The Lead Integration Analyst/Business Systems Analyst collaborates with key business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and technology solution providers to gather and document business, functional and technology requirements to achieve stated business and technology goals for a project or as part of continuous process improvement initiatives. The Analyst will then work closely with technology delivery teams to develop these requirements into technical specifications, use cases, screen and interface designs, user acceptance test matrices, etc. that enables technology delivery teams to design, develop, test, deploy and manage the defined technology solutions including but not limited to IT integration of newly acquired companies. Finally, the Analyst will work with the recipients of the developed technology assuring the realization of previously agreed upon requirements, business benefit goals, IT efficiencies goals while creating/updating IT Merger & Acquisition workflows and playbooks.

Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with merger and acquisition project teams to develop objective, reusable framework for conducting pre-acquisition IT due diligence and post-acquisition integration for mergers & acquisitions
- Collaborate/lead all pre-acquisition due diligence efforts across the functional IT domains including software contracts & licensing, infrastructure, IT operations & budget, security & compliance, application & data architecture, and others to identify and quantify all significant risks that need to be mitigated, including compliance, operational and strategic risks with about to be acquired and/or newly acquired companies.
- Collaborate with developers/engineers, subject matter experts and business stakeholders to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance needs and cost constraints in the pursuit of integrating newly acquired organizations within IT processes while maintaining/increasing business performance and IT efficiencies.
- Elicit pertinent, value enhancing requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, Lessons learned documents, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Analyze information needs and functional requirements collected, decisions arrived at and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements document), Use Cases, Technical Specifications, User Acceptance Test Matrixes, GUI, Screen and Interface designs, reports and workflow templates. Project manager/Business Analysis will be responsible for creating/updating IT workflow templates(playbooks) for Merger and Acquisition integrations that are reusable.
- Develop requirements and technical specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
- Identify and communicate roles and responsibilities to business stakeholders, subject matter experts, end-users, IT, etc. rallying appropriate levels of engagement and providing sufficient information so that each can perform assigned tasks to keep initiatives on track in terms of quality and timeline.
- Develop, document, perform and report on audits to determine the relative success in collecting, testing and delivering on the "correct" requirements as well as collecting and reporting any operational metrics indicative of previously stated business benefits or technology efficiency goals.
- Work with end-users to define, document and execute test scenarios.
- Be a liaison between newly acquired companies, business units, technology teams, support teams and third party vendors during ad hoc opportunity discovery initiatives or as part of a problem resolution team where applicable.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business of Science in Information Systems
- 5 to 7 years of work experience working as a Project Manager and or business systems analyst actively performing the Project management and or Systems Business Analyst role
- Industry Standard Business Analyst and or Project Manager Certification a plus
- Experience working in IT, preferably for large organizations
- Experience with IT integrations (Mergers and Acquisition), Program & project management experience with familiarity with project life cycle methodologies
- Detailed knowledge of Deluxe IT organizations, systems, processes, technical roadmaps and process improvement.
- Strategic analysis and consulting abilities preferred, vendor and customer relationship management skills
- Proven technology architecture and integration concepts and abilities
- Great technical aptitude with solid business acumen.

- Demonstrable and significant evidence of previously holding technician/programmer/engineer level roles within complex multi-platform environments
- Ability to perform penetrating and objective evaluations, often pursuing in-depth, multi-disciplined discovery and analysis to arrive at sound decisions and technical business solutions, oftentimes synthesizing innovative, synergistic approaches or solutions

- Experience working with large scale eCommerce web applications
