Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio governance activities across multiple enterprise programs and strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive review sessions
  • Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, dashboards, and program health metrics
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) across programs
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure program interdependencies are effectively managed
  • Analyze program performance data and present actionable insights to leadership teams
  • Establish and improve governance processes that increase transparency and accountability
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • Experience in portfolio governance, enterprise PMO, or large-scale program management environments
  • Strong expertise in cross-program RAID management, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking
  • Experience facilitating executive governance meetings and presenting to senior leadership audiences
  • Proven ability to create, track, and analyze KPIs, metrics, and program performance indicators
  • Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
