Familiarity with tools like MS Project, governance frameworks, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is commonly required. Exceptional analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills help ensure effective oversight and alignment with organizational goals. Effective collaboration with project managers, sponsors, and cross-functional teams is essential to maintain transparency, manage risks, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
