Overview
THE ROLE
A new role within Brand Strategy exists for a manager-level strategist, who can help our agency and brand teams demonstrate a deeper understanding of customers (whether HCP or consumer) through retrieval and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data on insights, media usage, treatment and lifestyle habits, prescribing, referring and general health behaviors, and then translate those experiences into strategic recommendations for our clients..
ABOUT THE BRAND STRATEGY TEAM
Brand Strategy: This is the group the agency relies on for intimate knowledge of the target audience: what interests and motivates them, where they go for information, how they react to communications, what the journey is that leads them to prescribe, recommend, ask for or purchase a product, and continue doing so over the long term. Brand Strategy is "the voice of the customer" within the agency. The Brand Strategy team is expected to use this knowledge to create short and long-term strategies for how those target audiences and our clients' brands can best interact.
Responsibilities
  • Create and evaluate HCP and consumer research, both qual + quant and identify and extract interesting patterns from relevant data

  • Utilize research learnings to develop insights about are target audiences that will inform Creative Briefs and short and long-term brand strategy

  • Help lead in the development and creation of Creative Briefs and oversee the strategic pull-through of the work

  • Help lead in the creation and facilitation of workshops

  • Create clear and strategic presentations

  • Understand how our targets interact with the media universe, and leverage that into our HCP or consumer strategy

  • Work with other Brand Strategists to develop comprehensive picture of target behavior

Qualifications
  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Superb and persuasive communications skills, both written and verbal

  • Adept at storytelling and presenting

  • Able to simplify and clarify complex concepts

  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience - strategy, research, or relevant agency/product experience (degree in social sciences preferred but not required)

  • Ideal candidate will have a combination of healthcare (HCP & consumer) and general agency experience

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $111,100.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
