Anaheim Hyundai is seeking a Sales BDC Manager to join its top-tier sales department. Our team consists of experts experienced in selling an incredible vehicle lineup and some of the most popular cars on the road. If you are a performance-minded individual and want to help drive success through our Business Development Center we encourage you to apply now!
Schedule: Full Time - (Mon - Saturday; 5 days a week) Schedule TBD
Pay: $6,000-$8,000 + Bonuses
What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement a solid follow-up process and document success rate.
  • Ability to multi-task to manage phone & internet traffic.
  • Collaborate with sales team on leads to optimize positive results
  • Training team members on phone & internet communications & sales skills.
  • Write routine reports and correspondence; calculate figures and amounts such as commissions and percentages.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of BDC/Dealership Sales experience Preferred
  • People Management Experience Preferred
  • Experience with Vin Solutions a plus
  • Previous Hyundai/Kia experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. College Degree preferred.
  • Computer literate/knowledge of Microsoft Word & data entry skills.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
