Schedule: Full Time - (Mon - Saturday; 5 days a week) Schedule TBD
Pay: $6,000-$8,000 + Bonuses
What You'll Do- Develop and implement a solid follow-up process and document success rate.
- Ability to multi-task to manage phone & internet traffic.
- Collaborate with sales team on leads to optimize positive results
- Training team members on phone & internet communications & sales skills.
- Write routine reports and correspondence; calculate figures and amounts such as commissions and percentages.
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring- 2+ years of BDC/Dealership Sales experience Preferred
- People Management Experience Preferred
- Experience with Vin Solutions a plus
- Previous Hyundai/Kia experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College Degree preferred.
- Computer literate/knowledge of Microsoft Word & data entry skills.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
