Overview
A growing luxury dealership group is seeking an experienced Genesis Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver a premium, concierge-level customer experience aligned with Genesis brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants to exceed targets
  • Manage daily sales operations , including desking deals and closing transactions
  • Deliver a luxury customer experience consistent with Genesis expectations
  • Track KPIs such as volume, gross profit, and conversion rates
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
  • Collaborate with Finance (F&I) and service departments for seamless transactions
  • Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and market trends
  • Implement strategies to increase dealership sales and profitability
