Recruiting & Selection:

  • Identify sources for sales staff recruitment.
  • Conduct interviews, pre-employment screenings, and reference checks.

Orientation & Training:

  • Onboard new hires, set expectations, and provide necessary resources (office setup, voicemail, etc.).

  • Schedule sales teams equitably and conduct regular sales meetings.

Sales Production:

  • Meet or exceed volume, gross, and customer satisfaction targets based on budget forecasts.
  • Implement plans to achieve sales goals, ensuring proper guest follow-up and adherence to sales procedures.
  • Coach the team on time management to maximize efficiency, reviewing daily planners to ensure follow-up targets are met.

Supervision & Motivation:

  • Serve as a role model, ensuring fair treatment and no favoritism.

Administration:

  • Ensure inventory is well-organized and presentable, with regular lot reorganization.
