Medical Doctors Only Apply. A Hospitalist Physician Internal Medicine practice is seeking a qualified physician for WI. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. Hospitalist Position 90 Miles to Downtown Chicago! • Days only position • 12 hour day shifts(7AM-7PM) ,7 on/7 off • Physicians need to reside at least 30 minutes to the bedside during their work week. • Base salary of $220,000 plus work RVU bonus • Current hospitalists’ average annual work RVU bonus is $60,000, average total compensation of $280,000 • Moonlighting hospitalist night shifts are also available for extra compensation • Average daily census 15 -18 patients per Hospitalist • Nurse Practitioner works with day Hospitalist shift • No procedures are required but a modest level of comfort with ICU patients and vent care is expected since our intensivist/pulmonologist coverage is not always 24/7 • Open 12 bed ICU • Two Hospitalist per shift • ER Physicians respond to codes Benefits Package Incudes: • 21 days paid vacation o Vacation pay is used for CME and/or Vacation • Health, Dental, Life & Disability Insurance, Excellent Group Plan rates available • Professional Liability Insurance coverage paid • CME/Business Expense Reimbursement: $4,000 annual allowance • Retirement Plan: 403b Tax Sheltered Annuity, Matching TSA Plan, 457B & 457F • Flexible Spending Account • License/DEA fees paid • Board Certification fees paid • Relocation/Moving Expenses paid
