Salaried Partner - Employee Defection & Trade Secrets | Multiple Locations
Locations: Los Angeles, Irvine, New Jersey, New York
Our client, a highly respected national law firm, is seeking a Salaried Partner to join its Employee Defection and Trade Secrets Group. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a portable book of business between $400K-$800K to take on immediate firm-driven matters, while continuing to grow their individual practice within a collaborative, high-caliber team.

  • Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs)
  • Preliminary Injunctions
  • Expedited Discovery
  • Computer Forensics Strategy and Coordination
  • First-Chair Trial Experience

Role Highlights:
  • Join a nationally recognized Trade Secrets and Employee Defection practice
  • Inherit and support active firm matters upon joining
  • Work alongside litigators and subject matter experts focused on high-stakes, fast-moving cases
  • Represent clients in urgent and complex employment disputes, often involving restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, and unfair competition claims
  • Serve as lead counsel in court proceedings, from TRO hearings to trial

Qualifications:
  • Portable book of business between $400K and $800K
  • Strong background in trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility litigation
  • Extensive experience with Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs), injunctions, and emergency litigation procedures
  • Experience managing computer forensic investigations in litigation contexts
  • Demonstrated first-chair trial experience in relevant cases
  • Active bar membership in the state corresponding to one of the listed office locations
