Interventional Pain Management Opportunity in Little Rock, AR

Join a physician-led interventional pain practice built around procedural volume, autonomy, and long-term growth potential. This opportunity offers the ability to step into an established referral network with strong clinical support and access to advanced spine and pain procedures. If you're seeking high earning potential, ASC ownership, and a flexible outpatient schedule, this position delivers both professional and lifestyle advantages.


Practice Overview


  • You'll join an established interventional pain team with 5 full-time physicians, APP support, and a part-time spine surgeon
  • High-volume procedural practice with in-office suites and an integrated ASC
  • Perform a broad range of procedures with autonomy to choose your own practice and procedural mix (minimally invasive to advanced cases)
  • Strong referral base from PCPs, orthopedics, neurology, and in-house primary care providers

Schedule


  • Flexible schedule options: 4-day workweek (10-hour days) or 5-day workweek (8-hour days)
  • Outpatient-only model with no call responsibilities
  • Dedicated ASC day for each physician
  • Established patient flow with 250-300 new referrals monthly

Compensation & Benefits


  • Two-year contract with a guaranteed base year 1, tied to RVU production with top earners reaching ~800K
  • Escalating RVU model with higher earning potential as production increases
  • ASC ownership opportunity after 2 years - ancillary income from ownership is significant!

Candidate Requirements


  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Management
  • Comfortable performing interventional spine and pain procedures independently
