Service Advisors also communicate with technicians to relay findings and updates, ensuring the customer is informed throughout the process. Their goal is to provide excellent customer service while facilitating efficient and accurate vehicle repairs.

How does an automobile service advisor typically collaborate with technicians and customers to ensure a smooth service process?

An Automobile Service Advisor acts as a crucial link between customers and service technicians.
