Experienced Service Advisor – Automotive


We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive service needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them in determining their automotive service needs.
  • Recommend appropriate service solutions and explain the services in detail.
  • Schedule appointments for customers and ensure timely completion of service.
  • Provide accurate and detailed estimates for services and obtain customer approval.
  • Manage customer service concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and service transactions.
  • Work closely with service technicians to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of work.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair shop.
