What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Advisor (Express), you'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and our service team, helping ensure every guest receives an outstanding dealership experience.

Responsibilities Include

  • Welcome customers and create repair orders for routine maintenance and light repairs.
  • Listen carefully and accurately document customer concerns for technicians.
  • Explain maintenance recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Prepare repair estimates and review available service options.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Monitor repair order progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Review completed repairs with customers and answer questions.
  • Recommend future maintenance based on Honda factory maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete before closing.

How busy is the dealership?

Will I work Sundays?

No. Buerkle Honda is closed every Sunday. Your schedule will remain consistent each week and includes one weekday off in addition to Sunday.
